Season "Finale" at the Fox and Hound

What a fantastic ending to the regular season finale for the resurgent Nittany Lions!  Led by Heisman contender Larry Johnson's record-setting performance, our beloved Lions totally decimated Michigan State by a score of 61 to 7.  Mr. Johnson completed his late-season surge by becoming only the ninth player NCAA Division I-A history to rush for at least 2,000 yards, racking up 279 yards and four touchdowns in the first half of the game.
As per usual, chapter members helped celebrate the point accumulation by watching selected individuals perform (cumulative) pushups after each score.  Scroll down and check out  pictures of Prez Vic and Mark Dowd cheerfully accomplishing this ritual.  But we would be remiss if we didn't mention all the good folks who did their share of pushups throughout the season.  Thanks and hearty Lion Roars go to Nate Clemmer, Andy Valeri, Beth Overmeyer, Lauren Reese, and John Glaser — in addition to Vic Folwarczny and Mark Dowd.
Note that the word "Finale" above is in parentheses.  The Fox and Hound management says we may have our room for Penn State's bowl game.  What a grand affair that'll be, and we expect to pack the house!  Hmmm, which bowl game will the Lions play in?  As of the this writing nothing is absolutely firm, but the word on the street is the Capitalone Bowl in Orlando, Florida, on New Year's Day is the most likely choice.  Click here for one slant on where Penn State will play.
OK, you've read the words now look at the pictures of the happy group at the Fox and Hound on Saturday . . .

The plentitude of Penn State scoring soon exhausted Prez Vic.  But rising to the call was none other than Mark Dowd.  Here we see him pulling himself off the table after successfully concluding a series of pushups.
