TV 16 - 14 Pledge Drive Support

March 5, 2000

On Sunday, March 5, 2000, members of our chapter and their families met at the studios of Channels 16 - 14 to provide telephone support during the station's Pledge Week.  Attired in all manner of Penn State threads, we enjoyed the hospitality of  Channel 16 and a variety of refreshments the station made available.  The enthusiastic Penn Staters included Edie Kreider, Steve Kreider, Jeff Kreider, Randy Gallas, Ann Gallas, Jenna Gallas, Mark Dowd, John Glaser, Robin Corey, Dan Radakovich, Marguerite Sharp, and Bob Gehman.

Our visit was made all the more pleasant by Star, who served as an Associate Producer for the Pledge Drive. On-air personalities were Rod Sommer and Jim Weiner.  Kim served as Floor Manager for the production.
